Unpaid work experience in ops

Hi there,
After having recently gained a CPL/IR I am really interested in trying to get some (unpaid) work experience in Ops/flight planning, even if it's just for a few days. I wondered if anyone who works within this sector could shed some light on whether getting some work experience would be achievable or if it's just not the 'done' thing.
Many thanks,
BBF

Have heard of it being done in the past but not sure how common it is now.

Best thing you can do is give it a try.

Smaller outfits might be more open to the idea.
