There are so many different aspects of aviation - what interests you? As part of my job I am constantly preparing and updating aviation related presentations. I found that aeronautical charts was quite an interesting one to put together as you can go into the history, map projections, symbology etc. I give it as a powerpoint and then give out charts for people to find all the various items for themselves.
