dont know about UAE, but within Europe its pretty hard to find a job at the moment. Nearly all Airlines do not hire external staff at all at the moment.

Most of them are cutting jobs.

Try Finnair or Aeroflot.

Apply speculatively to various different operators. It is rare that you see advertised vacancies, as they're easy to fill ,especially with a huge number of out of work pilots looking for a job to keep them ticking over. Get the addresses of companies you could see yourself working for, have a good cv and application letter and go for it! Thats how I got my job. They're not going to come knocking on your door. If you don't ask, you don't get.

Good luck in your search. Hope you find something you like.
