They are installing a Class 3 EFB and will run a self dispatch by 2009...

I am yet to see an EFB that can push an aircraft back......or connect a fuel bowser.....Class III or II for that matter.

Off course you are refering to Ops Dispatch rather than Ramp Dispatch.....
