And guys - remember, it is not so much that an ACN versus a PCN is a showstopper for aircraft performance reasons (i.e. it will sink thru the tarmac! ;-) ) this all about you not shredding the rwy to bits over a longer period of time.
We have operated into many airstrips in Russia (5 times a week) where the PCN was clearly not suitable for the aircraft type, however as we were brining in loadds of $$$ the local Russian authorities were quite happy to let us operate there.
So never let it stop you operate - just make a phone call and check! And off course don't forget to interplote the numbers as they can make a huge difference as well!
