Gate Aviation Services

Does anyone know of this company and any expansion plans? Am I correct in thinking that they have recently taken over Gate Gourmet (the airline caterers) and also operate a ground handling division?

Are there any expansion plans for the UK network in particular?

transwede.......Aviation Services is part of Gate Group which is a subsidiary of Gate Gourmet who are looking to expand in the UK.......
