crew control interview

hi there,

can anyone give me some tips please.......

i have just applied for a job as crew control assistant. its with aer lingus. any advice as to what the interview might be like, things i need to know would be really really appreciated!

i am crew at the mo and really want to go onto the ground so anyone who can help, thank u!!!!!
