SCR for non airline flights

Hi,
i'm working for an airline and I konw how to fill a SCR for our flights.
But how can an operator that dosen't have a IATA code fill an SCR??
Any Idea??

Depends where you are going to, but ACL who look after SCR for UK and various other airports accept PVT1234
