got a text from an ex employee of LX today who now works for swissport when she got transferred over and said she received a letter yesterday saying that if LX and SWP didnt reach an agreement by thursday reg the payment of a promised bonus from LX to ex LX employees at LHR now employed by SWP they would close the company down...

Which affects Swissport LHR, not countrywide, and let's be honest it's not THAT lilkely they'll just close the company down now is it...? The good old aviation rumour mill again by the sounds of it...
