Coden HF1000

Hi, first post here...

I have a Coden HF1000 removed from a plane with no documentation and a lot of cut wires Can anyone help with circuit diagrams and/or user manuals? Perhaps someone could point me to a source? ...nothing seems available via the usual google searches.

Thanks in advance. Its going in an experimental category aircraft. While it will be checked professionally, I hope to do the donkey work first myself.

Dave

Yes I looked through the Codan site and documents and there seems no reference to earlier radios at all. I did find a manual online but it is locked in Google drive and 'access denied' despite sending a 'request'.

Try askinig around on some of the amateur radio forums. Quite a few old sets have been repurposed for amateur radio, so someone probably has the detailed knowledge and circuit diagrams you require.

Check with the older Avionic repair/installation shops. One of them will probably have an old installation drawing available.

Give Michael a call at Skylight Avionics, he can probably help you out.
