Who knows the 737NGs Station Diagrams?
Hi all,
I've long been 737-guy, and recently I have tried to put together a detailed structural overview over the fuselage of the 737NGs with the correct spacing of the different stretched body stations in the forward and aft cabin fuselage sections 43 and 46, respectively. This whole thing started when doing exact drawings of the 737.
For those of you know know, the Boeing 737's overall fuselage design is divided into sections 41, 43, 44, 46, (47) and 48 from nose to tail. The individual lengths of sections 41 (nose), 44(wing) and (47 and) 48 (tail) are basically the same in the entire family. What differs between the various models are the additional stations or "frames" added to the forward and aft cabin sections. And these additional stations's pitch or distance, varies, typically in the range of 20" +/- 2".
For example, the 737-700, the baseline 737NG design, has 4 stations added to section 43, STA500A, STA500B, STA500C and STA500D. In section 46, 5 stations are added, STA727A thru STA727E.
The -800 has STA500A thu STA500I and STA727A thru STA727J added.
The -900(ER) has STA500A thu STA500L and STA727A thru STA727L added.
For the -600 I am actually not sure whether it has added STA484 frames or STA500 frames...
After days trying to figure this out, I come up short. Does anyone know to help me? I'd really appreciate anything at this point.
