Everything has a task reference. Moving the flaps will be found within the operational tet of the flap system. APU running will be within Ch49 etc etc.
Just be a little creative. A simple daily check can provide several pages of work sheets.

The tasks that have no job number or cannot be mentioned in the ATL will be mentioned in the basic skills section (such as wire locking), And if they are not there avoid writing them, The CAA had been very stringent about the job n.o recently that a single task written without it may spoil your whole application.

Hi,
I am not a UK LAME but EASA. In my opinion they are subtasks of other tasks e.g. WO XXXX Taskcard XXX "Removal and Installation of the RH Flap" it is supossed to include a functional test of the flap system i.e Extension/Retraction of Flaps so you can use that WO number.
Regards.
