Motor in a Bendix 1N831A HSI

Good Evening all.

I have a Bendix HSI, Part number 4000172-8512, the type is a 1N831A.

I am building a simulator and was hoping to drive the motor directly, but I don't know how, or what type of motor it is. The slaved dial cannot be moved, so I'm assuming it's also geared. The motor itself is marked:

Cedar Division
Control Data Corp.
ST10116 MOTOR TACHOMETER.

Tried the usual goggle pathway, but having no luck, either on service manuals or information.
Thanks in advance.
