Lamp & Camo advice

Does a light aircraft (Cessna 172) that has been on a custom maintenance program in another EASA state have to have a Annual inspection before it can carry on with 50 hour checks etc while under LAMP? And can it operate in the uncontrolled environment?

Aircraft in question has had all its operation checks carried out.

If the aircraft has departed the controlled environment the ARC is invalidated and will have to be renewed.

Although all EASA states should in theory be working to common regs if you are changing country of registration you may find your local authority wanting to re-approve any customized maintenance program.

If in doubt find an expert and pay for their advice rather than relying on information from the internet...
