So Far cheapest to me EASA PART 66 B1/B2
Hmmmm not sure if there is a cheapest place then this institute located in Pakistan(karachi)(i know its not fully protected country)
Exams are affiliated with AST Scotland. So the license will be issued from UK CAA
So coming on the point
3 years time period =tution+practical $8800
OJT(on job training starts on the first day on cessa 172 or 402 live aircrafts)
just for examination
registration costs=$275
per module=$165
