Planners Salary

G'day Guys,

Just wondering if any of you have any advice as to what salary a senior maintenance planner/scheduler would expect in Australia. Thinking about a career change...

Hi

Hi

Check this website, it has links most of the wage awards

workplace.gov.au - Home

From memory, as a dock planner (on the shop floor assisting with management of task cards) you start at around $900 per week.

A degree in planning or reliability would get you more

Cheers

Hi - I am currently working in a Maintenance Planning/Maintenance Coordinator role and earn in the vicinity of the $70K mark.

I am in Defence Contracting though and have been doing this for about 5 years now since leaving the airline world.

I was offered a Maintenance Planning job with Virgin Blue about 2 years ago and their salary was somewhat less that what I get now.

Cheers!
