B2 engineer

First ques where Would you be based?
Second will you be on the 4 and 4 or life shorting 5 and 3 ?
In STN approx £52k with full b2 approval add approx £7k for 5 and 3
in Dublin approx 60k euro with full b2 approval add approx 10k euro for 5 and 3
out station get approx 15k euro allowance

it will vary up or down a little with exp.

hope this helps

You won't find it written down anywhere, basically you'll be offered whatever they think you're worth so don't be too surprised if you find yourself sitting around the table with your future colleagues and find out that some of them are on thousands more than you and some of them are on thousands less than you.
Likewise when it comes to annual pay increases, it all comes down to whether or not your face fits. If you're a 'team player' and you don't ask any awkward questions or rock the boat you'll get more than someone who stands up for themselves.

Whatever it is they offer you don't forget to factor in the deductions for uniform, ID, car park and whatever else they can screw you for in light of their current financial dificulties
