Question Request - what is a CCO document in relation to maintenance.

Hi Guys/gals

Can anybody assit here , just curious !

It relates to a way of updating the customer so I suspect
its something like a Customer Care *******

any ideas

Just wondered if its general term or is just used by this aircraft service engineering company.

I deal with a large corporate operator who uses a CCO. In their case it stands for contract change order; i.e a request for additional work. It's not a term that is in common usage throughout the industry as far as I'm aware.
