Mick Hickey is no longer the chief engineer in Ryanair, he is now the director of engineering. Chief engineer is a separate position. Not into posting names on a public forum but seeing as Mr Hickey's was already mentioned, what can you do. pm me if you want any more details.

The Muffin Man is the chief engineer but in reality is the Hicks lapdog. the only thing either of them care about is costs & there own pay bonuses.

Thumbs down Are you crazy!!!!

Let me put it like this: Ryanair recently said they need to cut costs!!!!!! If you work for FR at the moment you pay for your own airside pass, carpark, uniform and .......don't try and charge your phone at work!this is the basic! ...not joking! Believe the previous posts if you have nothing ,absolutley nothing to get from FR and if it is only in your complete benefit then you should possibly consider thinking of taking a position with them.I know of several engineers who joined and a few months later FR had "made a mistake " in their contracts to the benefit of the company! Think of that the possibily that a position with FR will cost YOU money at least. There must be better prospects before you resort to this!
