Question finnair

anybody out there got any info on this company (regional part of company), i.e salary, terms and conditions etc. im b1/b2 with type ratings on their current aircraft types.

The salary and terms are under negotiation at the moment. The agreement between Finnair and the union that represents the mechanics (IAU, ilmailualan unioni) has ended and is being negotiated as we speak.
I work for Finnair, not for the regional side but line maintenance anyway.
I can try and tell you what you want to know.

P.S. I doubt the company is hiring at the moment since they just "gave the boot" to a whole lot of people this summer in order to save on costs.
