ground handling

Hi chaps/chappesses
I am an aviation enthusiast in Oxfordshire and for quite some time have been a volunteer marshaller at various events locally(VAC fly-ins at Turweston,Abingdon Fayre Air & Country Show,EV-97 fly-in at Kidlington).
What I am wondering is,is there any way of going "pro",so to speak, and working full time as a marshaller, preferably locally to South Oxfordshire
any hints,tips,ideas gratefully recieved
cheers
Colin
