Unhappy 767 Door mechanism

Here is a good one for all you 767 fixers out there in Ppruneland. There is no master spline on the pax/service door handle shaft, so it is possible to fit the handle one spline out and not realist it! The door opens, closes and latches perfectly, but the door sensor has an excessive gap that cannot be adjusted out by traditional methods! This is not the best idea from Mr Boeing, and a potential trap to fall into. Still on the positive side, it got me a trip out. Have fun now!
