PW4000 Exhaust Guide Vanes

Any of you spanners out there has a good explanation for the apparently incorrect setting of the EGV on the PW4000 ? The camber of these EGV seems to be set the wrong way. Notice the bendings and twisting of these vanes ?
If you haven't noticed them yet, on your next external check, take a closer look into those exhaust. The EGV I am refering to are the last row of stators of the turbine exhaust.

It is hard to imagine that those PW engines designers made a mistake. But this does look like a design fault. Anybody wiser ? Thanks.
