New Format

I like the look of the new formatlots of goodies to play with but how do I get the forums to fit my screen?

Thanks to the Captain and your team for the enduring and unending commitment to this site.

Only problem I have discovered is the new format used my username rather than log-in name. Could be a problem for some people if they only have one e-mail addy. The new forum will not let you re-use your e-mail to log as your previous log-in name (hope that makes sense) Other than that I like it, lots of extra features.

Regards

I'm sure quire a few of you will want to go in and edit your profile to remove your e-mail address from view.

Help,
I'm getting a lot of formatting like "cbr/><br/><a". What does that mean? I'f checked my profile and all seems ok. Do I have to download a new version of this?
Thanks

Cool Test Message On New System

The new system certainly looks a lot better.

Wonder if everything is the same.

Noticed that signature had a strange code [BR /] so am interested to see what effect it has on the post.

Edited later - Now I know what the field is meant to be. It is meant to be a line break or carriage return and it has failed. Bt I will fix it...

Regards to all

Thought I'd better post something just to make sure all my settings work correctly!

One of the best things about the new format is that
you can now set Australian (AEST) time on your profile
under Edit Options, this makes it far easier to know
when somebody made a post instead of adding 10 hours
trying to work it out.

Okay the new format looks pretty good and am still getting used to it but a few of you have already asked.

"What about the number of posts indicator"

Is this a bug from the transfer over to the new system? Is it going to stay as it is at the moment? Can someone change it? Is it going to change?

Cheers

Question

But what happened to the sayings that we used to have under our names?

Not our signatures, but the things we paid money for to support the site? (And some of us only got it done in February!)
