Post VH-TEE EFATO

VH-TEE i believe it was, performed a successful forced landing following a total engine failure after takeoff out at Beverley today.

Anyone with any info about what caused it?

Well done to PIC and glad no-one was injured.
His success is testimony to the training he received out there at TAC.

Just looked it up, and yes, it's a Piper Warrior, registered in WA.

Cheers,
Capt EFIS.

Well done to the pilot! Hope TEE is OK, it's a nice machine.

I had a student out there on a solo navex shortly after, and people there thought he was the LAME come to look at it!

Hey, HA, you might have done your PPL in it.
Md was over in WA the week before last and went for a fly in for nostalgic reasons! Glad to hear it's ok! Sounds like congrats to the pilot on a job well done
