movement in GA

Is their much movement in your company? I know where I am there is no movement but a few of the pilots are looking to move on. Being a casual employee it gets frustrating, but I thank my stars that i have a job! Even if a couple of pilots are to leave the other senior (in experience)pilots, will move up the ladder, and I will still be a casual employee until further movement.

I am sending resumes out in search of fulltime work, with no positive reply. So it leads me to wonder if there is any work about.

Any replies, even if it is of a similar story much appreciated.

Hang in there gravox, DJ will be recruiting non stop for the next year at least, and this will have a flow on effect down the ladder. My sources tell me that QF regionals are starting to lose a few, and that Eastern starts a ground course next week with more interviews to come in Feb. There is light at the end of the tunnel.
