Pilot Recruitment at Virgin Blue/Pacific Blue or Polynesian Blue

Does anyone have contact info for these airlines?
E-mail/phone info for Capts Tony Parish/Phil Meredith/Jeff Cornfoot?
What are the current requirements?
Can/Do they hire NON Aus/NZ citizens?
I read the advert recently for Pacific Blue on the Internet for pilots.
Thank You

... and Corny is well out of the management scene.
...and as for Poly Blue, that's really part of the Pac Blue ops. They just call it Poly when they operate in/out of Samoa.
VB will be taking on an incredible number of drivers in the next 12-18 months. I suggest one would benefit from being at the beginning of this wave.
Regards and best of luck

Pac Blue pilots (except managment pilots) are all employed by either Rishworth aviation or Contract Aircrew and are on ''assignment" to Pac Blue. The point of contact in Pac Blue for pilot recruitment would be either Phil Merideth or Steve Ackland. Being "on assignment to Pac Blue" means you fly for Pac Blue NZ, Pac Blue Oz and Poly Blue.

VB requirements Multi Engine

Is the Multi engine requirement PIC or can it be as a FO?

There web site just says 500hours Multi? I assume this means it could be 500hours as a FO on a Turbo Prop or a Semenole instucting, Thoughts Please!

VB, "hiring lots of drivers in the next 12-18mths"

I guess to do with they're purchase of new Embraers?

Would they able to maintain this the next 3 years, with the price of oil and all?

The post re: the 12-18month hiring boom was posted approx 16 months ago. Which is approx how long the hiring wave was going for!

Bugger!

In the period in question, VB pilot ranks have swelled from 550 ish to just over 800.

Still some E-Jet First Officers required, and the effect if any of the 777 operation is yet to be determined.

Pac Blue still need some 737 crew.
