Ground handling in Oz

Can anyone please tell me if the kiwi icon has decided on it's ground handling future in Australia. Is the white rat going to keep it or does someone else get a look in ???
There was an article in the Sydney morning rag last month saying a decision would be made early in the new year. Just wondering !!!!
