I thought the Telstra pawning tech help out to India was a joke, but then had to ring them once in regards my internet connection, and sure enough, I got a guy in India! I even asked if he was in India, to which he responded to the affirmative.

Pretty sad really, but I must admit I got better help from him than I ever have from any other local Telstra employee!!!!!!!!!!!!
