Flight Instructor in Australia ?

Anyone know what flight instruction in australia is about ?
What kind of hours ? What kind of pay can you expect to get ? Is there a big demand ?

Any well reputed flight schools in the melbourne area I can try ?

No 4 Nup.
No 5 Yep but we can't advertise on PPRuNe without paying.
