That annoying click in IE whenever you click a link

How do I get rid of the annoying 'click' that happens every time I click a link on a page?

Go to the Control Panel and open Sounds and Audio Devices or Multimedia... (depends on your Windows version).

There's a menu there called Sounds where you set which sounds you want associated with actions. The one you're looking for is Start Navigation. Set it to "None", or a different sound if you prefer.
