New 'improved' Microsoft Outlook
I give up !! This is my second full on attempt to set up a new (additional) company email address on one PC.
I have been setting up POP3 email addresses on outlook equipped machines for a million years - I can do it in my sleep - this is not rocket science !!!
Mr Gates has introduced a new 'user friendly interface' to help me through the process on office 365 outlook.
Can I get it to work ?
No !! ... and I am talking several hours of trying.
Anyone now if it possible to get to the old format (and how)?

Probably not, unless you can get hold of a copy of an older version, e.g. I still have a disc of Office 2007 - which I'm not giving to anyone !
Even so, I still mourn the loss of Outlook Express.
If it wasn't broke, why fix it ?
I blame Bill Gates.

Why not start an on-line echat session with Microsoft and ask your question there?

Ended up speaking with our ISP who gave me a new list of settings and worked no problem - old settings continue to work without any problem but new address can only be set up on these.
These are emails on same domain (just a different 'local part').
Beyond my comprehension but my problem is solved.
