Tool bar icon question Win10
Have noticed that in the last week, each of the tool bar icons (Word, Firefox etc) have a (2) after the App name when you hover the mouse over the Icon. As it's something different I thought I'd ask why? Innocuous, I'm sure but safer to ask.
Thanks

The appended (2) generally indicates a duplicate or a copy of an original reference. Perhaps the toolbar has been inadvertantly copied and pasted. The original is still on the system somewhere, hence the (2) after the references to distinguish that toolbar from the original.

Thanks Gouli. I'd guessed that it was referencing a duplicate but didn't know why. It came right on top of a Trojan being picked up in My CCleaner and was worried something might have been mirroring anything I did. All my scans came up clean but still a concern.

Thanks Jim - I was already across the article. It becomes even more curiouser now in that the tool bar icon for Ccleaner self deleted and the program will not run. I deleted it, redownloaded the Professional version which will not install. Time for an email to Piriform I think.
