Anyone noticed you can't set Chrome as default browser

I have noticed that I can't set chrome as my default browser since presumably the last update, this is really taking the pi$$ now.

I'm able to set FireFox as default browser.

I have Chrome as default on W10.

Which operating system are you? Sometimes Windows lies and takes a bit of persuading...

Chrome is good?! Admittedly, I use Chromium but they're much the same.. .

I use SRWare Iron and Gmail doesn't like that at all.

Complains every time I load it.
