Mac frozen.
I've had my new Mac book a couple of months now and it recently 'froze' any idea why it should do this ? perhaps I should be deleting running apps or something, thanks Stuart.

Strange, most applications on OS X are now sandboxed, meaning a 'crash' shouldn't affect any other open apps.
What application were you running at the time? What happened when you rebooted?

Were you using the Safari Browser, or something else like Firefox?
In your Utilities folder is an application called Console. If it happens again try opening this to see what caused the problem.
