Win 7 - Installing additional buttons

I was trying to insert a 'Delete' button on the top of a folder, but no can do. I used to be able to do it on XP, but it does not seem to be an option in WIN7.

This is the same delete button that resides in the 'Organise' drop down.

Any ideas please?

Thank you monsieur, as feared, it looks like a registry input is required. I was hoping there would be a simpler way. Win XP was easier.

That's why I suggested the NirSoft tool: CustomExplorerToolbar - Add Copy/Cut/Paste buttons to the Explorer toolbar of Windows 7
