PPRune link bug .....

In reply to a post on someone earlier on the subject of Thunderbird bugs, I tried to paste this link but the PPrUne servers don't seem to like it ?

https://
bugzilla.mozilla.org
/show_bug.cgi
?id=1044336

If I post the link in its entirety on one line, either as text or as a link , I get the following (happens in Firefox too)

Using your link displays this, using Firefox 32.0.3 (which now tells me v33 is available):

The same link works the same way in Chrome on my PC. I don't use IE or Safari so can't comment on those.

If I include your link as-is, PPRuNe gets indigestion and refuses to accle. Odd!

Ah - sorry, I may have misinterpreted what you said.

Yes, I get a different problem if I try to include that link in Firefox to PPRuNe.

The link is http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1044336

Which works, but put https instead and it didn't - but now it does?

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1044336

Hi Keef,

I've just tried again.....

If I put :

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi
?id=1044336

It works, but If I drag up "?id=1044336", it breaks..... I suspect some regex filter is messed up at IB !

Odd indeed. When I tried, it refused https but accepted http, then accepted https in the same message.
