Freeze program
I sold a computer to a guy and put Deepfreeze on it for him, giving him the right to put in a password. He did so, and now two years later the computer needs work and he does not remember the password.
I have Googled how to unfreeze the program but worry it might crash the computer.
Has anyone done this, and have any recommendations?
The OS is XP.

Faronics Suport Portal - I installed Deep Freeze and forgot my password; can you give me a password to turn Deep Freeze off?
