Runaway IE8

Just had a strange behaviour problem in IE8 64 bit Win7 a minute ago when persuing a JB thread link below

Woman collapses at Heart Attack Grill while eating Double Bypass burger - Yahoo! Lifestyle UK

Everything is fine until I hit the back button while in that link. Then the IE8 reloads at about 5 pages per second and by the time you get to the task manager hundreds of IE8 operations are recorded.

My only hope was to do a hard shutdown and reboot.

I repeated the same moves and still get the same result with that link

any ideas?

Worked OK for me on IE8 and Win XP.

Newly loaded IE8 ar work may be causing issues with my Win Explorer though which is suddenly running amok, blimmin software...
