Word 2010 quick access toolbar

I customised the toolbar, 2 commands added, and somehow the icons of a program got lost. The program (functions with the document, just need the icons visible, too) shows in Customise toolbar > Add-ins > Template.
Any chance of getting the icons back there?

thanks a lot - didn't work quite how I imagined, and don't know exactly how, but I got the icons back!
Uhh, what a relief!
