Nectar Points for searches

I have received an email from Nectar saying I will get 1 Nectar point for every two searches that I do using their toolbar up to a max of 50 points a month.
What is the catch? Has any one any experience? I am a confirmed cynic when it comes to something for nothing...

Like you, I am a cynic and nobody does anything for nothing! I also cast the letter in the bin. When I want to search the web, I still go into my "favourites", click on "search engines" then "Google", "Yahoo", "Jeeves" or whatever I fancy!

P.P.

100 searches = £0.25 - plus more clutter in the registry etc... as if I hadn't enough already.
I don't think I'll bother.

They want to build a database (or someone else wants to use their customer base to expand their database).

A bit like using Google when logged into your Google account.....data is used to "optimise your search results" .... or so I've heard.

Top of the class for entrepreneurial effort. Bottom of the class for not reading the rules properly.
