iPhone function abroad
Hmmm, just brought my USA BASED iPhone to London for a few days.
Seems that none of the "position" functions work.
I have a good signal with O@ or Orange - depending on where I am. I have a 3G icon on the screen.
But none of the "find this or that" functions seem to be able to lock onto my position.
One thing that bugs me with this is that JUST before I crossed the Atlantic, I had the sim card exchanged.
The telelphone functions work - but Skype won't show me any other friends as being online.
Any thoughts?

Disregard! Was out for dinner with Saab - went to show him the symptoms - worked a treat.
I'm guessing my hotel room is eating telephone signals (it worked in the bar though).
