CEQuadrat/PacketCD

Eeek! I'm in the middle of the agonising process of migrating all my apps and whatnot to a new machine (PIII) and can't find the installation disk for the CEQuadrat/PacketCD packet formatter for CDR/W that came with my Ricoh CDR/W. CEQuadrat seem to have changed their name and tho there are updates to PacketCD on their website they will only patch a working install.

AAAAAaaaarghhh! I swear that this is the last time I change platforms!

Anyone out there have an install disk for PacketCD? Or any idea where I could get one?
