Anyone the way inside this organisation? I have been trying for weeks to solve a problem caused by one of THEIR servers and all I get is an error message.
This particular error is known as #008 and will not allow the sending of emails on their GMail. No solutions are offered anywhere - none!
All I want to do is get to someone who can answer the problem of their own making.

Pop, have you tried to logon and send using another browser such as Firefox?
I have had problems in the past with attachments and Gmail but switching
browsers solved it for me. Clearing the cache on your existing browser can
cure many Gmail ills as well.
Specific to the 008 error is a troubleshooter here.
I don't know what good it might do but there is a general online Gmail troubleshooter available here.

I am currently on IE7. I have tried Firefox and Opera but going back to IE7 settled it down a bit.
I have been every whichway on their site and where your links go.
I have cleared the cache and cookies many times.
What annoys me is that there is no way in to place a real complaint or to obtain help. That sucks!
They know full well 008 is their problem but seem not willing to do anything about it.
