Missing Excel spreadsheet

Using Office 2007 and Vista:

I place a spreadsheet in my Outlook Calendar to allow my office to read my expenses. However, for one reason or another, the document has disappeared and all that remains is <<bus429 exes.xls>>. A Search highlights the presence of the document in Calendar but opens only to reveal the above. Any ideas?

*"sciolist"... Noun, archaic. "a person who pretends to be knowledgeable and well informed".
