Well, you just have to think of Microsoft's usual release dates and you tend to think it will be "Vista SE/ME".

Scary, when you also consider their record on some things.

Have a spare hard disk, going to do a Linux install on this old thing this weekend if I get the chance. See if it lives up to the hype.

Microsoft says: "We are still in the planning stages for Windows 7 and expect it will take approximately 3 years to develop."
