Which ISP? (with a twist)

Due to a change in circumstances I need to find an ISP who don't have a problem with the landline account not being in my name, (ie not BT who is my current ISP) if this is possible.

Not too fussed on price, don't mind paying for decent service if anyone has any recommendations from recent good experience.

Thankyou in advance...
