Windows 'balloons'

Help!

Since my last XP update I ve got the balloon that pops up saying I haven't got windows automatic updates enabled everytime I start up the PC.

How do I get rid of it from the task bar?

Start, Settings, Control Panel, Security Centre, (Resources)change the way windows alerts me, uncheck the Automatic updates box
