Computer games

I've been asked to buy a couple of PC games for someone, and need a bit of advice.
He wants me to get "Civilization 3" and the latest "Sim city".

Ive not been able to find the Civilization 3 game, and all I can find for Sim City are add-ons.

Are there any gamers out there that could give me any advice on where to look for these in the U.K

Thanks

I'm not much of a gamer, but Amazon appear to have both. Civilization III is a bit old now, but there seems to be a fairly-recent Sim City 4. Don't know if that's the latest or not.

HTH

edit: ebay might be worth a look too - very good for picking up those old and obscure items.

419,

There is:

Civilization III Gold Edition

and

SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition

Take Care,

Richard

P.S. You can use EB Games as a resource. (Even though you cannot buy from them in the U.K., it will let you know what games are out there on the market.)

You could try the game's publisher. Many of them have their own online stores.

Hi,

Richard reminded me of something I should hardly forget..

I worked for a firm called Game, in Bracknell last year when I was err... between jobs..

It used to be a subsidiary of ebgames, and formerly known as Electronics Boutique in the UK, but is now a separate firm. Either look on their site or visit one of their shops in the high street. The site can give you the nearest location.

Cheers

Liam

Liam,

If they provide the same level of service as EB in the U.S., then they would be the place to get the games from.

Take Care,

Richard
