Retrieving Passwords

A year or so ago, in Outlook Express, I remember carrying out a procedure to retrieve my long lost password.

It then again might have been a dream

Can anyone remind me of this procedure. I cant find anything in help. It may even have been a hack site or something. (with the best of intentions of course - hacking my own computer).

Story goes I had to re-install windows XP a few month ago, and also NTL Home broadband. I cant find the password, and I therfore cant access the home email.

Anyone know of a way to retreive it?

Thanks
Dan

Dan - which organisation's password is it you need - you have not said?

If it is PPRuNe (or any forum/sevice), try logging-on, follow the log-in process and then the 'lost my password' process. As long as you use the email address with which you registered your user-name you will be sent what you are missing - to that address.
